Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Towing Contracts Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and negotiating towing contracts for our company. The ideal candidate will have experience in proposal writing, legal drafting, and contract management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with towing service providers
- Draft and review towing contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for contract development
- Conduct market research to identify potential towing service providers
- Prepare and submit proposals for towing contracts
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with vendors
- Ensure all contracts are properly executed using tools such as DocuSign
- Monitor contract performance and address any issues or disputes that may arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations related to towing contracts

Skills:
- Strong proposal writing and legal drafting skills
- Proficient in contract management systems and tools
- Ability to adapt to change and implement effective change management strategies
- Experience in business development and procurement activities
- Excellent document review skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills

Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated.
